The hotel is situated in the city centre close to the bay & the archipelago is only a block away and available via tour boats during summer season. The hotel is the largest hotel in the upper east part of smaland. The standard is very high and the room is equipped with, beds from the famous bed maker DUX. In the large lobby in the frontdeskarea there is a beautiful fresh atrium, where the breakfast buffet is served in the morning, lunch on workdays, (2 todays special, wok, grill & vegetarian dishes & large buffet of salad) & in the evenings it serves as a dining room for the small dish menu of Kapten Lindstrom bar & restaurant. Kapten Lindstrom is the hotel main restaurant with great food and drink, the bar section even called Whiskey bar contains of more than 150 different kinds of whisky and whiskey
